Mark J. Kosminskas’s entire professional career has been involved in the structuring, negotiating, and closing a wide range of complex financings, acquisitions, and divestitures for middle market companies. He practices in the areas of corporate, commercial and commercial finance having a particular expertise in negotiating transactions involving distressed commercial properties. As a professional who has acted in a business as well as a legal capacity, he brings a practical perspective to corporate transactions and deal process. He has worked for, and represented, financial institutions in both secured and unsecured financings and workout transactions. Representing both buyers and sellers of privately held companies, he has successfully negotiated a variety of commercial agreements, technology agreements, and joint ventures. Among others, he has completed transactions in food and beverage, agriculture, steel and metals, printing, technology, aerospace, financial institutions, health care and not-for-profit, distribution, and material handling. As a business person’s lawyer, he is able to add value by helping his clients correctly evaluate strategic alternatives, their risks and potential payoffs.
