Paul J. Doucette has been practicing law since 2006, focusing on commercial real estate, general corporate and commercial litigation.
With respect to real estate and corporate matters, Paul represents owners, developers, contractors, and lenders in the acquisition, financing, construction, development, leasing and disposition of commercial property, including office, retail, industrial, condominium and multi-unit residential properties. Paul negotiates and drafts real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, license agreements, employment agreements, employee manuals, employee separation agreements and commercial loan documents.
Paul regularly counsels clients on contract formation, litigation strategy and compliance with labor and employment statutes.
Paul also handles a broad range of commercial and employment litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, including contract, employment law, fraud, restrictive covenant, trade secret, commercial foreclosure, mechanic's lien and business tort cases. Paul handles all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, briefing, case management, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal.
